Updated: Sour "Apple"

...so I make a new appointment to go to a new Apple store to get my iPhone looked at. I boldly walk into the store and speak to Jazz, the nice lady who took made my appointment over the phone. After speaking to her I speak to Dan, the manager, who is in shock over the way I was treated, after I explain my position, I leads me to another Genius to assist me. Phone gets diagnosed with no problems, and I haven't had any since I updated to 3.0 earlier that afternoon.

Dan that manager states that if I have any other issues with the phone to please come to his store and they'll resolve it...I appreciate that, if there's one complaint it's that the Apple Store is roughly a 45 minute drive from my house!

Other than that, my beloved iPhone is working the way it should!
